Please Note The Following Information:

§ Necklaces and bracelets will be made with a versatile length chain. This allows you to wear the necklaces anywhere from 15 inches-16.5inches and your bracelets at 6.75-7.25 inches for females and approximately 8 inches for males. If you would rather have a fixed length – please specify exact length.

§ See page on cutting and cleaning for instructions. Please follow instructions or your order may be returned.

§ Tail hair must be washed and conditioned upon receiving or a $10.00 prep fee will be added.

§ Each horse hair bundle needs to be in its own bag that is labeled with your name and horse’s name. Please coil hair nicely.

§ No MANE can be used for bracelets or necklaces. Mane hair is only useable key chains and zipper pulls.

§ If we do not have enough hair and you circled “NO” to the question of using stock hair you will be contacted.

§ Finished product may appear darker due to the tightly woven round braid.

§ Please treat your horse hair jewelry like your fine jewelry. Do not shower, sleep, or do hard labored jobs while wearing. Horse hair is very durable but after time the sterling silver, glue, and solder may weaken if not properly cared for.

§ Please allow approximately 4 weeks for creation and delivery.
